You'll be equally comfortable working by yourself as you are being part of a team. You will be motivated by wanting to do the best you can, every day, for every customer and every home you work in. If you have skills in the following areas, we want to hear from you: Carpentry Basic plumbing Patch plastering Basic locksmithing You will need to have the relevant technical qualifications like an NVQ level 2 or equivalent, or be able to demonstrate several years relevant industry experience in plumbing, carpentry, roofing or wet trades. It would be great if you've got a qualification in carpentry or plumbing, but it's not essential. If you've only recently qualified, or just have 1 or 2 years of practical experience, but love the idea of working at Bromford and think you've got what it takes to develop with us, still get in touch so we can have a chat. This role will involve a lot of travel so you need to have a full UK manual driving licence. You'll also need an enhanced DBS check (we'll arrange this for you), and the right to work in the UK. If you have qualifications, we'll need to see the original copies of these. About the role No two days are the same in this role. You could be fitting doors, kitchens or bathrooms, plastering walls or ceilings, decorating, or repairing toilets or taps You'll conduct inspections, solve problems, and provide high quality repairs and maintenance to our properties, always making sure you're following our health and safety requirements.
