Description Salary: £44,208 - £50,424 per annum (pro rata to hours worked if part-time) Grade: F Contract Type: Permanent Hours: Full (37hrs) or Part time The Corporate Performance Lead is a key role at the heart of Thurrock Council’s central functions, led by the Assistant Chief Executive. We are looking for an exceptional individual who can deliver the corporate performance function within the Strategy, Policy, and Performance service. You will: Drive excellent performance management practice across the organisation and a culture of continued improvement by providing our senior leadership team and political leadership with the high-quality data and evidence they need to effectively deliver our Corporate Plan priorities. Be forward thinking and show a depth of local government knowledge. Work alongside other team members, and with service leads to ensure that the strategic objectives of the Council are cascaded through effective performance management and policy advice aligned to the Corporate Plan. Work alongside the Business Intelligence function you will ensure that there is a clear flow of performance management practice from operational data to corporate performance reporting.
