Hybrid Recruit are actively recruiting for a Service Coordinator with relevant mechanical knowledge of electrical and hydraulic systems. The ideal Service Coordinator will have experience in leadership, planning and logistics, and a solid understanding of the importance of exceptional customer service. Responsibilities of the Service Coordinator: End-to-end management of Field Service Engineers including recruitment, absence, and performance management Manage and coordinate FSEs, ensuring efficient job assignments and routing, and optimal resource utilisation. Maintain accurate records of team training, tracking completed and pending sessions to ensure compliance with requirements. Preparation of monthly KPIs to report and review with the Customer Operations Desk Manager Plan service visits with a focus on maximising daily customer coverage while maintaining cost-effective travel and logistics. Optimise job assignments to balance workload, minimise travel expenses, and improve service efficiency. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and address any scheduling or logistical challenges. Creation and Documentation of SOPs and ensure adherence. To oversee, monitor and improve the FSE processes Ensure geographical coverage for customer sites through targeted recruitment Requirements of the Service Coordinator: Experience in a similar role incl. team management and planning. Driving license. Experience with relevant mechanical knowledge of Electrical and hydraulic systems. Attention to detail. Flexible with regards to travel, tasks performed and working hours.
