Role – Office Supervisor / Administrator Southern Water Framework
Location – Brighton
Purpose of the Role:
Within the Environment Business Division (Water and Waste Water Non-Infrastructure Engineering and Construction), an opportunity has arisen for an Office Supervisor/Administrator based in the Southern Water Framework. You will be located in the Falmer office close to Brighton where the role would require at least 3 days a week in the office. We are looking for candidates who are experienced admin professionals that want to be part of a growing team and making a difference.
Key Responsibilities:
* The ability to work with staff at varying levels, providing support, staff development, and mentoring of more junior staff.
* The ability to interact in a professional manner with senior representatives of our clients.
* To ensure compliance with all company systems including safety, environmental, and quality systems.
* To assist the Management team with reporting and producing documentation and presentations.
* Complete contract documentation with the help of the project team, ensuring formatting of forms and that documents are filled on the system in the correct place.
* Take an active role in the team and office events, including charity events, supplier events, social events, and client events.
* Attend internal and external review and progress meetings to assist in taking minutes and action logs as required.
* Work with the customer experience team to collect client information that can be used to improve how we operate.
Experience and Qualifications:
* Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft packages, Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
* Strong team player but also able to work as an individual.
* Ability to prioritise a varied workload and demonstrate good time management to comply with deadlines.
* Able to work in a busy environment under pressure.
* Excellent communication skills (email/phone/face to face).
* Possess a “can do” attitude and provide support to other members of the team as required.
