We’re working with an international consumer product company that is a household name in the entertainment game, to find a talented Senior Operations Manager for a 3-month contract. This role will see you lead on an integral transition piece, ensuring all processes and data is accurate and prepared through the remainder of Q4 and into the new year!
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Planning - developing and implementing operational strategies to improve efficiency and productivity.
2. Inventory Management - overseeing inventory control processes to ensure accuracy and minimise losses.
3. Process Improvement - analysing current processes and identifying areas for improvement to streamline operations.
4. Budget Management - managing the warehouse budget and optimising costs while maintaining quality standards.
5. Safety Compliance - ensuring compliance with safety regulations and implementing safety training programs.
6. Logistics Coordination - collaborating with other departments to ensure efficient transportation and distribution of goods.
7. Data Analysis - utilising metrics and KPIs to assess performance and make data-driven decisions.
8. Technology Implementation - overseeing the implementation of warehouse management systems and other technology to enhance operations.
9. Customer Service - ensuring that customer orders are fulfilled accurately and on time, addressing any issues that arise.
