The Role
We’re looking for a Head of Performance to join our leadership team and take charge of our people operations and development strategy. This role is perfect for someone passionate about unlocking the potential of others, creating robust systems for growth, and positioning fin-house as the ultimate career launchpad.
As Head of Performance, you’ll own and continuously evolve our monthly performance tracker, lead quarterly progression check-ins, and ensure our team consistently grows through our skills ladder—helping them accelerate their careers at double the speed of industry norms.
You’ll also have the exciting challenge of building a comprehensive training ecosystem that fosters professional and personal development across the company.
Key Responsibilities
* Performance Management:
o Lead and continuously evolve the monthly performance tracker to ensure consistent progress and engagement across the team.
o Conduct quarterly progression check-ins, helping team members stay aligned with their goals and development plans.
* Onboarding & Development:
o Design and manage an exceptional onboarding experience for new employees, setting the tone for accelerated growth.
o Oversee progression through our skills ladder, ensuring team members develop at pace and achieve their career milestones.
* Training Ecosystem:
o Build and implement a full training framework, from internal workshops to external learning opportunities.
o Partner with team leads to identify skills gaps and create tailored training solutions.
* Career Acceleration:
o Champion fin-house as a career accelerator, ensuring every employee experiences meaningful and rapid growth.
o Establish clear metrics for success and track individual and team progress to demonstrate impact.
* Culture & Engagement:
o Foster a high-performance culture that aligns with fin-house’s values and mission.
o Act as a trusted partner to employees, advocating for their development and well-being.
Requirements
What We’re Looking For
* Proven experience in people operations, HR leadership, or learning and development, ideally in a fast-paced environment.
* A track record of designing and implementing performance management systems and training programs.
* Exceptional organisational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

* Analytical mindset with experience tracking and reporting on performance metrics.
