An exciting opportunity has arisen for an HR Officer to join a prominent wood processing company offering excellent benefits and competitive salary.
You will ideally have 2 years of experience in HR.
As an HR Officer, you will report directly to the Head of HR and collaborate closely with the site manager, overseeing the entire recruitment process from start to finish.
You will be responsible for:
1. Overseeing the induction process for new employees joining the business.
2. Responsible for onboarding and coordinating Occupational Health.
3. Managing absenteeism, probation, and performance processes.
4. Ensuring HR systems and administration are maintained and up to date.
5. Handling grievance and disciplinary investigations.
6. Providing payroll support as needed.
What we are looking for:
1. Previously worked as an HR Officer, HR Advisor, HR Generalist, HR Manager, HR Executive, HR Consultant, HR Coordinator or in a similar role.
2. Ideally have 2 years of experience in HR.
3. Possess HR qualification.
4. Strong HR administration, communication and organisational skills.
