Now we are looking for a FP&A Analyst to join the team in Luton. ABOUT THE ROLE: Reporting directly to the Director of Commercial Finance, the FP&A Analyst will be responsible for delivering analytical support and continued development of the departments MI. To provide ACV (Annual Contract Value) reporting and key metrics for the business that are fully reconciled, ensuring data quality, accuracy and depth of understanding Support the Commercial Finance team with the preparation of standard reports and adhoc analysis for the purpose of communicating actuals reporting and financial plans Assist the Finance Systems Manager with the ongoing development of MI systems to improve the quality, timeliness and effectiveness of our reporting YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR: Reconciliation and quality assurance of the ACV reporting – extraction of data from Salesforce, staging and cleansing of ACV data and the application of additional logic through Excel staging file to load fully cleansed data into Adaptive Insights for monthly reporting Working with Business Systems and the Sales function to investigate and follow up on reconciling items in the ACV data to ensure integrity of reporting and remedial action in Salesforce as required Analysis of ACV and revenues to support the Commercial Finance Business Partner, and ultimately the wider business Production of SaaS metrics and understanding the key drivers of any deviation Production of Secured Revenue analysis for the group Production of ARR reporting Supporting the preparation of the budget board packs, and preparing and issuing functional budget packs for key stakeholders once the budget has been finalised Updating month end grid in preparation for regional review meetings Issuing and managing month end close timetable Updating Office Connect tables for monthly management accounts, Lenders MI and board packs Assisting the Finance Systems Manager with testing on Adaptive Insights projects/development Building new reports / dashboards using Office Connect & Adaptive Insights to support FBPs and wider business Supporting the continued development of reporting and MI for the department Other adhoc analytical support to key stakeholders Carrying out any reasonable project work / ad hoc task as requested IF YOU HAVE: Finalist or qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA accountant Strong financial modelling, planning, and analytical skills Experience of management reporting and the ability to clearly explain key drivers of variances Advanced Excel skills with the ability to process large data sets Ability to work under pressure whilst maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail Experience of using Workday Adaptive desirable, or other FP&A tools such as Hyperion, Anaplan, TM1 etc would be essential WE WILL OFFER YOU: Personal growth and development opportunities Volunteering Days Hybrid working arrangements with flexibility Company bonus scheme to reward your contribution Pension Opportunity to join our Company Health Scheme Annual leave starting at 25 days per year Additional day off during your birthday month "OAG is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
