I am currently looking for a Training Manager to work across a portfolio of hospitality businesses in London! An established and growing international brand with new exciting openings planned.
The Training Manager will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing training programs that align with the goals and operational needs of the group. The role ensures consistent staff development, compliance with policies, and the delivery of exceptional customer service across all restaurant locations.
Please note: A background in hospitality is a must for this role.
Responsibilities & Key Duties
* Lead and develop the onboarding and training plans of all new employees.
* Oversee service and F&B training in all locations, ensuring a consistent employee and customer experience.
* Review, facilitate and deliver orientation to all new employees.
* Develop and deliver high energy training
* Build, enhance and develop the current training offering to drive a culture of development throughout the business.
* Carry out regular training needs analysis, reporting on findings and implementing training solutions.
* Lead and coordinate compliance training, ensuring completion to the required level.
* Review and update all internal training materials as required with necessary/regional changes.
* Meticulously plan for new openings and deliver all pre-opening trainings.
* Develop a training calendar to ensure training courses are effectively rolled out at regular intervals.
* Develop manager in training plans for all new managers.
* Work in partnership with HR to provide seamless onboarding for all new starters.
