Some of your duties will include:
1. Providing extensive executive secretarial and administrative support for a busy Director.
2. Preparing a wide range of documentation including correspondence, reports, and presentations.
3. Organising and managing diary schedule, arranging meetings, and preparing paperwork.
4. Attending meetings to take the minutes when needed and circulating to relevant attendees.
5. Co-ordinating social events, sourcing venues, managing logistical requirements, and controlling budgets.
6. Assisting with investment-related activities and projects including conducting research and preparing reports.
