We have an exciting opportunity for a dedicated and organised individual to join our Adult Audiology and Hearing Therapy Services team on a full-time basis. In this busy yet calm setting, youll play a key role in supporting our clinical team and ensuring patients can easily access and benefit from our services. Working alongside healthcare professionals and other outpatient services, youll be based at the Clara Cross Centre at St Martins Hospital. Main duties of the job As an Administrator you will: Take telephone requests for appointments for Adult Audiology and Hearing Therapy UseAuditbase the bespoke software used in Audiology services Giveadvice on maintaining hearing aids and identifying what type of appointment isneeded Prepareclinics boxes for the audiologists Preparepackages for patients with batteries and replacement tubing Full training will be given for all the above responsibilities About us About the Company We change lives by transforming health and care.
