So, there is plenty of scope to show off your existing skills or develop them further at a firm with a track record of providing opportunities for their support staff to progress. Job Summary / duties - Liaise with clients, solicitors, and estate agents to facilitate property transactions- Prepare and process legal documents related to property sales and purchases- Conduct searches on properties to verify ownership and uncover any restrictions- Assist in managing completion dates and exchanging contracts- Maintain accurate records and files for each transaction- Handle general administrative duties to support the conveyancing team You'll need a sound base of conveyancing knowledge, gained from a similar position as a conveyancing assistant. A good understanding of sales and purchase of both leasehold and freehold property, as minimum.
