They cater to a mixture of age groups and have an inclusive and creative learning environments supported by a team of Teachers, behaviour mentors & vocational support. The schools cater to a mixture of SEN including: Autism Social and emotional mental health Behaviour challenges ADHD Complex care Medical requirements 1:1 or intervention groups MLD, SLD, PMLD Physical disabilities Neuro needs Other The Roles - SEN Teaching Assistants/ Classroom Mentors The school are looking for nurturing & creative support educators to work with students across various year groups. You will need to be calm, have a strong presence, be confident in building rapport & be proactive when supporting these vulnerable learners.
