IT Service Delivery Analyst (12 Month Fixed Term Contract) Liverpool - 50/50 hybrid split We are seeking a dedicated IT Service Delivery Analyst to join a dynamic Service Delivery team within a financial services organisation. This role is crucial in supporting the Service Delivery Manager and IT Support Teams, focusing on report production, IT Change Management, and procurement processes. Responsibilities include Supporting service delivery teams in recording and managing incidents and service requests. Conducting reviews and implementing service improvement measures. Producing and distributing as well as running/analysing various IT reports. Collaborating with Configuration, Problem, and Change Management teams. Managing software licenses and procurement processes. Skills/experience Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong planning and organisational abilities. Ability to work independently and collaboratively. Proficiency in ITSM tools, ITIL and Power BI.
