The Role
The business is seeking a Senior Trust Manager to lead a team of trust case managers and oversee the delivery of high-quality service across a portfolio of family trusts. You will be hands-on in your approach, taking direct responsibility for your own portfolio, while also supporting, mentoring, and developing your team to deliver outstanding client service. You will play an essential role in maintaining operational excellence and driving forward key projects within the business.
In this role, you'll work closely with both clients and internal teams to ensure all aspects of trust administration are handled with precision, compliance, and care. Your responsibilities will include managing your own trust cases, reviewing and overseeing the work of your team, and delivering technical training and support. You'll also contribute to wider business projects, offering insight and leadership in specialist areas while supporting the continuous improvement of processes and procedures.

Requirements
* 7 years minimum of experience managing UK family trusts, alongside strong knowledge of trust taxation and regulatory requirements.
* A relevant law degree and/or STEP qualification.
* Excellent leadership and decision-making skills.
