The role
As Chef de Partie you will support the Kitchen team, ensuring food is prepared to a high standard, building a strong relationship with our front of house teams to deliver exceptional levels of service to all our guests.
As a new Rockfish Chef de Partie, you will be supported by structured training, and we continuously develop your skills for a fulfilling career with Rockfish. Many of our Head Chefs have worked their way up from this level!
Some experience as a Chef de Partie or Commis Chef within a restaurant environment would be advantageous.
You will have a flexible approach to working hours, able to support the business when it’s at its busiest.
In return for your hard work, you will receive a fair share of all tronc and gratuities which can be up to and extra £2-3 per hour!
