Ash Manor School is committed to the highest standards of learning and teaching and we are keen to appoint a talented and enthusiastic Lead Practitioner of English to support the development of this key area.
We expect the successful candidate to be an excellent teacher who teaches English Language and Literature to a high standard. We already have a very strong English team working together in a well-resourced and thriving department with very strong results and a real ambition to achieve more.
The successful candidate will be part of the Learning and Teaching Team, a group of Lead Practitioners whose focus is always firmly on improving the quality of learning in our school. Your role will involve the development of learning and teaching across the English department and the wider school, coaching and mentoring teachers, delivering staff training and working to ensure that our lessons are always of the highest quality.
