Forest Care Selection are currently supporting an innovative and national charitable provider of a variety of care and support services for individuals with a physical disability.
This provider has an opportunity for a Registered Manager to oversee their specialist care home in the Worthing area. The home is specifically adapted to enable the best experience for residents with a physical disability.
Responsibilities:
1. Oversee the running of this established service and ensure its continued compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements.
2. Supervise and develop an established staff team.
3. Implement systems and procedures designed to achieve positive outcomes for individuals with a disability.
4. Oversee the financial management of the service.
5. Liaise effectively with all external stakeholders.
Qualifications:
1. Level 5 Health and Social Care qualification or equivalent.
2. Experience of leadership in complex care home settings.
3. Experience of budgetary management.
4. Experience of overseeing a variety of staff teams, care and ancillary.
5. Excellent communication skills.
