The role of UK Contracts Manager will be responsible for the following areas:
Generate leads through networking and leveraging existing industry relationships
Execute effective sales strategies to achieve business objectives and revenue targets
Consultative upselling to existing customers, promoting maintenance and service offerings
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients through the life cycle of a product
Review contract renewals monthly, contacting lapsed customers in advance tendering solutions for extensions or renewal
Prepare Service Level Agreements as either directly or indirectly relating to specific contracts or clients
Undertake satisfaction surveys with all contract customers, review feedback and trends implementing appropriate actionsBy joining this business as their new UK Contracts Manager you will be rewarded with:

Strong understanding of pricing and technical knowledge
Proven experience as a Business Development Manager, ideally in the contract servicing sector
Experience selling to all levels of business up to C-Suite
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Knowledge of and experience in using solution selling skills and practices
