Penmann is seeking an experienced Senior Sales Engineer - HVAC to join our dynamic team, offering you the exciting opportunity to drive growth, innovation, and client satisfaction across an allocated geographical region.
As a key member of our sales team, you will represent Penmann to established and prospective clients, designing bespoke solutions that align with our strategy, vision, and values. This role calls for a technically proficient professional who excels in understanding client needs, designing innovative solutions, and fostering strong commercial relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver sales and growth targets within an allocated geographical region
* Attend client sites to promote Penmann business and develop a thorough understanding of customer requirements
* Design bespoke solutions by combining client needs with available products and services
* Prepare and present sales proposals to customers
* Actively follow up on leads and submitted proposals to finalise contracts
* Work collaboratively with the Business Development Team to generate new business and develop existing accounts
Qualifications and Experience:
* Proven technical sales experience, preferably in HVAC or similar technical products
* Competent in the use of CRM software
* Strong track record in developing and executing sales strategies
* Experience in developing sustained client relations
* Excellent communication and presentation skills
* Ability to understand and articulate complex technical concepts
* Service Account Management experience (desirable)
