Responsibilities Assist the Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the services, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements. Supervise and support staff, providing guidance and training to maintain high standards of care. Manage resident care plans, ensuring they are tailored to individual needs and regularly reviewed. Foster a positive environment for both residents and staff, promoting teamwork and effective communication. Handle any concerns or complaints from residents or their families promptly and professionally. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive care for residents. Ensure that all health and safety protocols are adhered to within the facility. Participate in recruitment, training, and performance management of staff members. Qualifications Previous experience in senior care or a similar role within a supported living setting is essential. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team effectively. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a compassionate approach to resident interactions. Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail. A relevant nursing qualification is preferred but not mandatory; however, experience in home care settings is advantageous.
