Regional Sales Manager EMEA – Leading Health & Fitness Supplier Excellent six figure package 4Leisure are proud to be supporting an international fitness brand in their search for a proven Regional Sales Manager to lead the sales performance in the Hospitality sector in Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA). The Regional Sales Manager will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and expanding revenues within hotels, resorts, and other luxury businesses. This Sales Manager position offers an excellent opportunity to work with a dynamic team and promote innovative products and solutions within the hospitality industry. Key Responsibilities: New Business Development: Proactively prospect and acquire new clients by researching, networking, and attending health and fitness industry events. Sales Strategy: Create, develop and execute an effective sales strategy to achieve sector targets. Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and key decision-makers within your sector. Product Promotion: Promote and showcase products and solutions to prospect clients. Sales Presentations: Deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals. Negotiation and Contracts: Lead negotiations with clients, preparing and finalising contracts and agreements to close sales deals. Sales Reporting: Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to ensure your region is on track to deliver performance targets. Education and Experience Requirements: A bachelor’s degree with a proven track record of success in sales, with experience in the Hospitality sector preferably in the health and fitness industry. A good knowledge of fitness equipment and current solutions available to the market. You should possess excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple priorities effectively. A results-driven, focused and hungry sales professional who aims to exceed sales targets and who embraces face to face meetings throughout the EMEA region. Additional Skills required include: • High level of literacy, numeracy & communication skills. • Computer literacy & knowledge of main IT software. • Confident presentation skills • Clean driving license and willingness to travel 50% of the month.
