Key Responsibilities:
1. Prepare and cook a selection of breakfast and brunch dishes using fresh, high-quality ingredients.
2. Collaborate with the team and management to develop new menu items.
3. Ensure all dishes are prepared in a timely manner and meet our presentation standards.
4. Maintain a clean and organised kitchen environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
5. Manage inventory, including ordering and receiving supplies, to ensure freshness and availability of ingredients.
6. Supervise junior kitchen staff, providing guidance and support as needed.

Salary: £28,000 – £31,000 yearly
