Are you passionate about delivering exceptional housing management services? Our client is looking for an experienced and customer-focused Housing Officer to join a dynamic team supporting residents in the Cornwall community.
Key Responsibilities
Managing tenancy agreements, voids, and lettings, ensuring smooth transitions for residents.
Handling complaints, anti-social behaviour cases, and rent arrears in line with policies and regulations.
Engaging with residents through surveys, digital platforms, and face-to-face meetings to ensure satisfaction.
Maintaining clean and safe neighbourhoods and supporting resident consultation.
Preparing documentation for legal actions, including court attendance when required.
Collaborating with maintenance teams and external stakeholders to meet property service obligations.
Contributing to new housing projects, from design input to post-handover inspections. About You
At least 3 years in a housing management role, including handling legal cases and delivering customer-focused services.
Strong IT, communication, and problem-solving skills, with a collaborative approach.
A commitment to continuous improvement and working in a not-for-profit environment
