We're seeking a Sales Administrator to become a key player in our clients Burntwood-based team. An SME with roughly 20 employees, you will be joining a lovely, welcoming and supportive team. You will receive 33 days holiday as an additional added bonus, and an earlier finish on a Friday. Duties: Efficiently process telephone/website orders and maintain accurate records to ensure smooth operations. Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Directing phone calls to the relevant person Quoting customers on products/services Inputting orders onto a SAGE system, and dealing with customer from start to end Helping direct customers on the website Experience: Proven experience in a sales administration, order processing or customer service admin based role. Excellent organisational skills and impeccable attention to detail. Strong communication skills to liaise effectively with the sales team and customers. Experience using SAGE is preferable Must be able to use Excel Working Monday to Thursday 8.30 - 5.00pm and 8.30 - 4.00pm on Friday
