The Flex Project Analyst will be responsible for maintaining, improving, and expanding the Salesforce.com contract management system to support smooth operations for Flex deals. he/she will oversee and system enhancements while troubleshooting issues to minimize disruptions for the sales and Flex teams. Additionally, he/she will lead system upgrades (prioritization, roll-out), collaborate with cross-functional teams on functionality improvements, prepare URS, Test Scripts and manage UAT. He/She provides user training on new functionalities implemented. This role requires strong analytical skills, technical expertise in Salesforce.com, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Supporting Ongoing Business Operations: - Provide system and process improvements to enhance efficiency and user experience, including reviewing workflows, updating documentation, and ensuring proper testing before implementation. - Identify and resolve system-related challenges that could impact business performance, such as improving data accuracy, - Support the sales team by troubleshooting system issues and ensuring disruptions and obstacles in daily operations are removed. Manage System Enhancements & Expansions: - Lead the setup and integration of new features and process improvements within the Salesforce.com contract management system, ensuring smooth implementation and alignment with business needs. - Prepare URS, Test scripts, UAT. - Work closely with IT, Sales, and business teams to introduce enhancements that improve contract tracking, approval workflows, and reporting capabilities. - Act as a key contact for stakeholders to ensure that system improvements and expansions align with company policies, system capabilities, and compliance requirements. Support System Enhancements & User Training: - Oversee the testing, validation, and rollout of system upgrades and new functionalities within Salesforce.com to enhance contract management efficiency. - Provide training and support to internal teams to ensure they can effectively use new tools and system features. - Assist in risk management and contingency planning for system rollouts, ensuring any potential challenges are identified and addressed before implementation.
