Due to the rapid growth of our company, we have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Advisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have customer service experience, be able to work well under pressure and have a proactive attitude. This position is a permanent role starting in March 2025.
At Noughts and Kisses, we pride ourselves on excellent customer service ensuring that the customer journey runs smoothly from start to finish. Our customer care team supports our customer base through our online store, liaising with customers and potential customers via email, telephone, and social media platforms.
The customer care advisor is responsible for front-line customer support, ensuring the Noughts and Kisses customers receive excellent service through all touchpoints, consistently exceeding customer expectations and providing an elevated customer experience.
Your duties within Noughts and Kisses Customer Service role include (but are not limited to):
1. Provide the highest standard in Customer Service, communicating with clients through various platforms including email, social media, and telephone.
2. Deal with all aspects of the customer care process from start to finish, ensuring customers receive advice, guidance, and resolution when needed.
3. Assist with returns, cancellations, refunds, and order replacements.
4. Maintain knowledge on Noughts and Kisses products to be able to advise on style, size, and fabrics.
5. Highlight customer pain points and ensure any process or technical issues impacting the Noughts and Kisses care experience are escalated to the team.
6. Work with the team to help improve user experience as per customer feedback.
7. Proactively keep customers informed with timely updates, always ensuring a first-class customer experience.
8. Process courier claims efficiently when needed.
9. Monitor product pages and amend if needed (e.g., size guide on a specific product).
10. Prioritise and manage personal workload effectively, being adaptable and flexible to ensure that customer expectations are always maintained.
Requirements
* A minimum of one year experience in a customer service based role.
* Clear communication skills.
* A flexible approach with a ‘can do’ attitude.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
* Excellent customer service.
* Good problem-solving skills.
* Self-motivated.
* Excellent organisation.
* Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office.
