In-House Legal Counsel - Part-time - Hybrid - Gloucestershire
We are excited to be partnering with an award wining event provider who are looking to recruit their first In-House Legal Counsel (3 days per week).
The business is family run and provides outstanding fan and spectator experiences at some of the UK and Europe’s most prestigious venues and stadia.
In this role, you will be instrumental in client contract negotiations, provide legal guidance to the executive team and broader business, and ensure compliance with UK and international regulations. While operating with a high degree of autonomy, you will be supported by the executive team and external legal advisors as needed. Key responsibilities will include contract negotiation and drafting, compliance and regulatory guidance, risk management and corporate and commercial matters.
Applications are sought from qualified solicitors with a minimum of 5 years PQE who have previously worked in-house. Strong commercial contracts experience and broad legal expertise are also required. In addition, you must be able to work autonomously and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence senior stakeholders is also key.
