Quattro Resourcing have a fantastic opportunity for an Electrical Installations & Sales Manager.
Job Title: Installation & Sales Manager
Location: Head Office, Peterborough
Working Times: Monday to Friday – 9am to 5:30pm – with a one-half-hour lunch break. Weekend work and some hours outside these will be required.
Salary: £40,000.00 - £50,000.00 DoE
The purpose of this role will be to head up and expand our clients installations department. We are looking for someone who has experience and disciplines in the Electrical (Audio, Lighting and AV installations) along with venue servicing and testing. This will primarily be an office-based job but at times will require a hands-on approach on site.
The ideal candidate would need to be able oversee a full job from the initial contact, quote and sale, then co-ordinate the installation (labour, materials, schedules etc) right through to final commissioning and invoicing.
Based in our clients Peterborough warehouse, the role requires a diligent, organised, and enthusiastic person who is willing to work up to our clients exacting standards. You will need the ability to be flexible to be able to work paid overtime and undertake other duties as required. Due to the nature of the business and subsequent workload, hours will be varied with weekend and unsocial hours may be expected at times.
Key Requirements:
1. Have City and Guilds electrical installation qualifications to the 18th Edition along with time served experience.
2. Provide installation and service quotations from customers specifications/plans.
3. Complete installation tenders and applications.
4. Provide sales quotations.
5. Manage procurement of installation materials, equipment, and tools.
6. Manage projects from initial enquiry to completion.
7. Provide CAD drawings and compile installation data packs.
8. Check and collate client electrical test results and NICEIC documentation.
9. Demonstrate a high standard of installation skills.
Personal Skills:
1. Must be physically fit and self-motivated.
2. You will need to have the ability to work well in a team, have extremely good attention to detail and strong communication skills.
3. Excellent organisation skills and ability to meet critical deadlines.
4. Computer literate including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
5. Prior experience of Hiretrack rental management software an advantage though not essential as training will be given.
6. Full UK Driving license.

1. IPAF certificates.
2. Forklift licenses.
3. Hiretrack Experience.
4. First Aid Trained.
