What You’ll Be Doing: Assist in Delivering Lessons: Support teachers in delivering engaging lessons across different subjects. Provide One-to-One or Small Group Support: Help students who need extra support to understand and access the curriculum. Foster a Positive Learning Environment: Create a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere for all students. Support Student Development: Assist in the academic, social, and emotional development of students, including those with additional learning needs. Help with Classroom Management: Support the teacher in maintaining an orderly and productive classroom. Criteria for Applicants: Experience as a Learning Support Assistant is preferred, but not essential. University students are encouraged to apply, especially those studying education, psychology, or similar subjects. Passion for helping students achieve their best and build confidence in their abilities. Ability to adapt and support a variety of learning needs. Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team. Up-to-date CV covering the last 10 years with any gaps explained.
