About the client
We are delighted to be working with this key client to appoint a Senior Executive Assistant for a 12 month FTC maternity leave cover. Our client is a forward-thinking tech-company and is a household name in the UK and EU market as well as the wider globe. They are positioned as one of our most sought out after employers.
This role will be based in London and will support two senior executive appointments.
About the opportunity
Supporting the Chief Operating Officer and Vice President of Strategy and Data, this role will be fast-paced in nature.
Responsibilities include:
1. Handling a high-pressure diary management, prioritising tasks, and ensuring high attention to detail.
2. Adapt to last-minute changes and ensure the executives' time is optimally organised.
3. Continuous travel arrangements overseas and within the UK - arranging transports and flights, visas, airport check-ins and board passes, accommodation, checking the weather, advising the executives what they may need to pack.
4. Be a gatekeeper: protect their time and assess whether calls or meetings are truly necessary or can be handled on behalf of the executive. Also filter through incoming requests and prioritise based on urgency and importance.
5. Tracking and managing finance and expenses, including tax related tasks.
6. Handling highly confidential information and projects.
7. Regular involvement in leadership meetings and supporting the executives in events, conferences, and public speaking arrangements.
8. Assist with occasional personal support; reminders for school pickups, family events.
9. Using Canva and Miro to create polished and professional content. Knowledge of Coinfluence would be beneficial.
About you
This role will be best suited to those with previous experience supporting executive appointments of this level within the tech industry or relevant fields. You will need to be able to step in this role seamlessly as you will be backed up by ample experience however, there will be a decent handover period provided.
You will need to be highly organised, proactive, and solutions-driven who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. You are someone who understands attention to detail and can handle complex diaries, last-minute changes, and prioritise tasks with ease. You possess excellent communication skills and stakeholder management.
You will have an eye for design with a tech-savvy nature. You are adaptable and flexible with a strategic mind-set.
