To be successful you will be able to demonstrate high levels of attention to detail and accuracy and have experience in a data entry or administrative role. You will need to be resilient and comfortable working with high volume requests, as well as being adaptable and a good problem solver, actively looking for opportunities to improve our service for customers and our processes. We are looking for someone who shares our passion for excellent customer service and who is a strong team player. You must have a positive, pro-active approach to your work, show flexibility, and a willingness to learn new skills. You will need to have GCSEs in English and Math (C/4 or above) or equivalent. What can we offer you? A hybrid working arrangement with a blended approach of office and home working each week. As a University, we are committed to providing generous employment packages whilst supporting the well-being of our staff to help you reach your full potential. As a University employee, you will have an excellent choice of benefits and rewards, including access to fitness and health facilities, staff discount and travel schemes, along with 27 days’ holiday allowance (plus additional University closure days) and a highly attractive pension scheme. This post will be offered on a fixed-term contract for 12 months and on a full-time basis (36.25 hours per week). Arrangements for job share would be considered. The roles are based in the Human Resources Department on Kings Meadow Campus and will be offered on a hybrid basis with a blended approach of home and office working. Typically, you will work 2 – 3 days per week on campus. Informal enquiries may be addressed to Emma Haydon, email emma.haydonnottingham.ac.uk.
