Our well-established client based in Fairford is looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join their growing company.
Customer Service Advisor Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Taking inbound calls from customers
2. Responding to customer emails
3. Using internal database
4. Understanding online systems to ensure the smooth running of online marketplace shops
5. Answering customer queries
6. Liaising with other departments
7. Ensuring all databases are up to date
Customer Service Advisor Ideal Candidate:
1. Previous customer service and administrative experience
2. Good verbal and non-verbal communication skills
3. Be IT literate – Excel and Word
4. Hold a Full UK Driving Licence
Customer Service Advisor Working Hours:
1. Monday – Friday, 09:00 – 17:30
