We are seeking a skilled Payroll Specialist to join our dedicated team in a vibrant company that prioritizes excellence in client service. This role offers an opportunity to make a significant impact on our clients' payroll needs.
As a Payroll Specialist, you will be responsible for accurately processing client payrolls on both a weekly and monthly basis. Your key duties will include:
1. Setting up and managing new payroll accounts.
2. Processing starters and leavers.
3. Ensuring compliance with all statutory filing deadlines.
4. Handling annual P11Ds and employee benefits returns.
5. Liaising with pension scheme providers to maintain client pension arrangements.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional numeracy and organizational skills, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Excel and 365.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years in finance or a similar payroll role.
Skills: Strong numeracy skills and exceptional attention to detail; tech-savvy with expertise in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft 365; outstanding organizational skills.
Communication: Ability to craft clear, professional emails and communicate effectively with clients and HMRC.
Requirements: Must possess a valid driving license and access to a car; right to work in the UK is mandatory.
