Carbon60 is delighted to be working alongside a leading MRO aviation company for Aircraft Mechanics, to work on an exciting modification project converting a 737 to the E7 wedgetail.
For this role you will have 5 years of work history ideally as an aircraft mechanic and you must have the right to work in the UK, alongside this you will need to gain security clearance.
Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Complete strip/removal of aircraft equipment for E7 wedgetail.
2. Installation and modification of complex mechanical assemblies.
3. Compliance with all company procedures and policies, as well as maintaining safety and cleanliness.
4. Compliance with Health & Safety in the workplace and COSHH.
5. Major component removal and installation.
Skills & Experience:
1. Demonstrate a minimum of 5 years aircraft experience.
2. Previous live aircraft mechanical experience.
3. Military aircraft experience advantageous.
4. Good knowledge of Aircraft systems.
5. Excellent interpersonal skills.
6. Organisational skills.
7. Excellent leadership and communication skills.
8. Knowledge of MS Office applications.
