De Vere Beaumont Estate in Old Windsor is recruiting a Food & Beverage Supervisor to support and guide our team of Food and Beverage staff, who play a key role in ensuring our guests have a memorable and enjoyable visit to the hotel.
As the Food & Beverage Supervisor, you will participate in the preparation, setup, and service of food and bar areas, ensuring high efficiency while maintaining and improving standards and service quality. You will handle duty management, review and monitor cash floats, oversee equipment maintenance, and keep all F&B areas presentable and tidy to provide the best experience for our guests at all times.
You will assist in creating and serving drinks at the bar, engage with guests daily, work closely with colleagues to develop their skills, and ensure the bar area is clean and well-stocked.
In return, this role offers a salary of £25,500 per annum, along with excellent benefits including free gym access, a complimentary 2-night stay at De Vere annually (with additional stays for £50 per room), time off over Christmas, and a paid day off for your birthday.
This role involves working various shifts, including weekends on a rota basis.
* You are confident, guest-focused, and deliver exceptional service, making everyone feel welcome.
* You are an excellent organizer, professional, and able to delegate effectively.
* Familiarity with booking systems like Open Table is preferred, but training can be provided.
* Ideally, you have supervisory experience in an F&B environment and a proven ability to go the extra mile for customers.
* You are committed to excellent customer service and possess strong communication skills to interact with colleagues and guests at all levels.
