Part time Finance Administrator Location: Hove Office based job Hours: 10am - 2pm Monday to Friday If you are looking for a part time finance support role in a busy property office during the week, this is the job for you The role will be to perform a wide range of financial administrative and office support activities for the finance office to facilitate the efficient operation of the organisation. This is a busy role supporting a lively office in central Hove, so a confident and personable nature is key. Someone who is happy to interact with clients and customers is key. Finance Administrator duties include: Clerical duties including photocopying and scanning Maintain electronic and hard copy filing system Retrieve documents from filing system Service Charge Cheque Receipts Service Charge Arrears Management Open, sort and distribute incoming correspondence Front Office Client Liaison Utility Account Management Spreadsheet tasks using excel Telephone Good knowledge of MS Office and Outlook is essential The Finance Administrator is a permanent role, salary £14000, 20 days holidays plus Bank Holidays (PRO RATA on part time hours), working Monday-Friday 9-5pm onsite in Hove office (no hybrid working) and a sociable team environment.
