About the role We are in the process to recruit passionate and reliable Field Service Engineers to join our team at Anglian Dental. We are looking for individuals to support the growing demand of our customers. As part of the engineering team, you will be providing an excellent level of customer service and engineering solutions to our customers and clients. Key responsibilities Perform proactive and reactive maintenance: This involves inspecting and maintaining dental equipment to ensure they operate efficiently and attend call outs when necessary, minimising the downtown for dental practices. Perform installation and commissioning activities: You are responsible for the setting up and the proper functioning of new dental equipment. This includes installation and initial testing. Complete required company documentation: Maintain accurate records of your service visits, repairs, and installations. This documentation is crucial for tracking maintenance history and ensuring compliance. Follow Anglian Dental’s quality system and procedures: Adhere to company quality standards and procedures at all times to maintain consistency and quality in your work. Attend manufacturers and Anglian Dental’s training programs: Stay updated with the latest technologies and techniques by attending training programs. Build and maintain customer relationships: Build and maintain positive relationships with clients by proving exception Customer Service to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.
