What’s on offer:
£40,000-£42,000 salary.
33 days annual leave.
2 days working from home.
No scheduled on-call for this position (on-call is well managed, with the expectation for answering emergency calls only).

Registered Manager Responsibilities:
Take overall responsibility for the operational and care delivery functions of the service, reporting directly to the Director.
Drive business growth by proactively generating new opportunities through calls, networking, and fostering relationships with CHC, healthcare professionals, and other key referral sources.
Oversee the management and review of clients' care plans, ensuring the delivery of safe, high-quality homecare.
Address any client complaints or concerns promptly and professionally.
Manage all aspects of business compliance, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards and best practices.
Demonstrate a sound understanding of the Care Act and CQC’s Essential Standards.
