Join Our Client's Dynamic Team as a Credit Controller in Coventry!
Our client is looking for an experienced Credit Controller to join their team, working from Monday to Friday with the flexibility of virtual and flexible working options. Reporting to the Manager, you'll play a key role in managing accounts and reducing the company's exposure to bad debt.

Your Daily Responsibilities:
1. Timely allocation of payments and credits.
2. Manage release of orders balancing credit risk with business growth.
3. Ensure timely invoice uploads and customer payments.
4. Weekly customer statements and chasing overdue debt.
5. Handle daily queries and take payments over the phone.
6. Maintain SOX compliance and update systems and spreadsheets regularly.
What You’ll Bring to the Team:
1. Proven experience in Credit Control.
2. Familiarity with Amazon Central Supplier and EMEA ledgers.
3. Strong IT skills, particularly in Excel, and experience with EDI.
4. Excellent customer service skills and a proactive, can-do attitude.
5. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
6. Highly organised with the ability to work unsupervised and adapt to change.
This is a 6 months temp contract, paid weekly.
