Job Description
The sales employee’s primary responsibility will be to find, create, and acquire projects from a predetermined portfolio of high-value, verified clients who stand to gain from integration services and technology. You will also need to cultivate leads that come from our focused digital marketing strategy.
The sales employee will employ conveyor, sorting, and software solutions in addition to complementing third-party equipment to provide high-value (£15m+), automation-focused solutions to blue-chip organisations in industries including e-commerce, retail, and general merchandising. maintaining a pipeline of small-to-medium-sized projects (£0.5m–£15m) in the same industries, helping companies as they increase their micro fulfilment capabilities and take their initial steps towards automation.
Responsibilities:
1. Locate and interact with SME and blue-chip clients in the retail, general merchandising, and e-commerce industries.
2. Actively pursue prospects through networking, cold calling, and LinkedIn, making sure that the pipeline is balanced between the two streams.
3. Visit client locations on a regular basis to establish rapport and learn about operating difficulties.
4. Work together with the marketing team to develop and implement campaigns aimed at SME and high-value clients.
