Pay rate: £34,514 - £46,001 (depending on experience)

Horizon teachers are seeking a SEN Teacher to join a dynamic, multicultural primary school based in Ealing. Under the leadership of the SENDCo, they are looking to employ a confident individual who will take responsibility for the teaching and pastoral support of up to ten EYFS and KS1 children in their Soft Hub'.

Job description:
• Plan and prepare resources for individual and/or small group activities with a focus on a multi-sensory approach which is child centred and considers the needs of individual pupils. including EHCP or LSP targets
• Evaluate pupils' progress, achievement and attainment, and report to the SENCO
• Attend statutory annual reviews or other related meetings about pupils in the ARP
