Customer Support & Administrative Assistant
Guntrader is the UK’s largest online marketplace for guns and shooting equipment. Alongside our marketplace, we also provide a specialist software solution to over 400 dealers across the UK. As the market leader in our field, we are committed to maintaining our position and expanding the services we offer.
To support our continued growth, we are looking for a proactive and customer-focused individual to join our small, family-oriented team. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
Role & Responsibilities:
* Responding to customer inquiries via email, phone, and social media, assisting with queries and troubleshooting issues.
* Providing general administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
* Supporting Guntrader as well as other companies within our group with similar administrative and customer service tasks.
Key Skills & Requirements:
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
* Strong attention to detail with excellent proofreading skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* A proactive and problem-solving mindset.
* A valid UK driver’s license is required.
This role is office-based and does not offer remote working.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £20,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
