The role:
You will use your tax advisory skills to assist businesses in various tasks, including tax planning, R&D, share schemes, and restructuring. In addition, there'll be some compliance work in which you will review the work of more junior team members and deal with complex compliance matters. Finally, working closely with the corporate tax partners, you'll provide technical expertise to deliver outstanding service to a wide range of clients.
The firm's extensive client base focuses on owner-managed businesses to large international groups. You'll advise companies on tax issues, helping to enhance their tax position. Transactional tax matters will also include a large chunk of your work.
