We are looking for a Transaction Assistant to join our fast-paced and diverse team of Private Shoppers.

About the Role
As a Transaction Assistant, you will be working alongside our Private Shopping team, responsible for delivering a seamless client experience at the point of sale.
Below are just a few of the responsibilities you will have:
1. Adhere to the Harrods Policy, Procedures, and due diligence guidelines.
2. Uphold the Harrods Values and strive to deliver the best luxury service at the point of sale by providing impartial central support to our Private Shopping team.
3. Assist the Private Shopping team with their client shopping requests, during appointments or afterwards with payment processing, packing, and dispatch.
4. Arrange add-on services such as alterations, gift wrapping, delivery, and other services across the store.
5. Investigate quotes for dispatch and delivery arrangements, both locally and internationally as required through our in-store specialist teams.
About You
You will have excellent customer service skills and be confident that the decisions you make will be in the best interest of our customers. You will ensure that you develop and maintain relationships with colleagues and customers alike while being able to handle a wide range of responsibilities.
