About the Role As a key member of the property team, youll oversee the day-to-day operations of our customer service function, scheduling workloads, coordinating repairs, and ensuring that customer interactions are handled with care and efficiency. Youll play a pivotal role in managing relationships with customers, contractors, and your colleagues to keep everything running smoothly. Key Responsibilities: Schedule and coordinate the daily workload for the Multi-trade Operatives. Be the go-to point of contact for customers, handling inquiries and ensuring they receive regular updates. Diagnose and prioritise repair requests, coordinating with contractors to ensure swift resolution. Keep all customer data accurately logged and up to date. Ensure smooth collaboration between customers and contractors while adhering to data protection regulations. Proactively manage van stock control for Multi-trade Operatives. Deliver outstanding customer service by phone, email, and other communication channels. Manage repair cost processes in line with company procedures. What Were Looking For: Proven customer service experience ideally within housing, property development, maintenance, or similar industry. A natural relationship builder with strong communication and IT skills. Ability to juggle multiple tasks and work under pressure to meet deadlines. Proficient in Microsoft Office, with an eye for detail and accuracy. Previous experience in property or a related field is preferred. A valid driving license is required due to the location.
