Hours: 4 on and 4 off shift pattern working Nights

Working with our Depot Manager, Warehouse, and Distribution Teams at our Widnes site you’ll be an important part of our work family. Ensuring our quality products are ready to be delivered to our customers on time and in full, with your eye always on quality.

Essential Ingredients
1. Previous experience of operating at a management level within a distribution company (advantageous)
2. Previous experience as a Team Manager, or Key Operative with experience in managing teams, coaching and mentoring
3. Prior use of Distribution systems, processes & Operator Licence/Tachograph/ WTD regulations.
4. Good working knowledge of Health, Safety and Environment and Food Safety Legislation / BRC standards.
5. Strong communication skills, articulate and able to develop effective, long-term relationships with key stakeholders and peers.
6. Analytical and organised in approach with good problem-solving skills.

Our Widnes Depot is a short drive from Junction 7 of the M62 and 3 miles away from Runcorn Station.
Opened in September 2021, we now run 40 routes with over 100 colleagues in distribution and our warehouse team! Our Drivers pick and deliver to retail stores and serve the local area and across the North West.
