We are now looking to recruit a passionate and dedicated Female Physical Education (PE) Teacher to join their team.
Role Overview: As a PE Teacher, you will have the opportunity to inspire and support students through a broad and exciting PE curriculum. We are looking for an individual who is enthusiastic, driven, and can encourage students to develop a love for physical activity, teamwork, and healthy living. The successful candidate will have a passion for teaching, excellent communication skills, and the ability to make learning fun and engaging.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Deliver high-quality lessons to students across Key Stage 3, Key Stage 4, and possibly Key Stage 5.
2. Develop and implement a diverse and engaging PE curriculum.
3. Promote physical activity, wellbeing, and a healthy lifestyle within the school community.
4. Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to ensure improvement.
5. Organise and lead extra-curricular activities and school sports teams.
Key Requirements:
1. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a relevant degree (e.g. Physical Education, Sports Science).
2. Experience in teaching PE at secondary school level.
3. A passion for sport and promoting physical activity and wellbeing.
4. Excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills.
5. Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
6. Strong classroom management skills.
7. A commitment to promoting equality and diversity.
