As an established leader in high-performance air and gas handling solutions, we are at the forefront of the energy transition, offering products in Hydrogen, Emissions Reduction, and CCUS applications.
The Training
Our Graduate Programme is approved by the Institution of Mechanical Engineers (IMechE). During the first two years, you will develop your knowledge and skills through 8 x 3-month placements in core areas such as design, research, contract engineering, project management, manufacturing, and field services. This ensures you gain the experience and skills needed to achieve Chartered status with IMechE. After two years, you will transition to a permanent role, continuing to receive mentorship from our experienced leaders.
While based in Renfrew, you will be part of our global team working on international projects. Our UK program also offers the opportunity to join our graduate-led European engineering network.
The Candidates
To be considered, you should hold an IMechE-accredited MEng degree in Mechanical Engineering or an IMechE-accredited BEng (Hons) degree in Mechanical Engineering plus a relevant Master’s degree.
If unsure about your degree's accreditation, check here: https://www.engc.org.uk/education-skills/course-search/accredited-course-search/
