Parkdean Resorts is looking for a Marketing Campaign Manager to shape inspiring, multi-channel campaigns that boost holiday bookings across our UK parks. What you will be doing...
* Work with the Head of Campaign Marketing to drive holiday sales targets and occupancy at all Parkdean Resorts holiday parks.
* Brief and lead the media agency to develop effective media strategies and plans that integrate both traditional and digital channels to maximise campaign reach and impact.
* Collaborate with the media agency and internal stakeholders to align media plans and campaigns to business goals and objectives, target audiences, market trends, channel requirements and messaging strategies.
* Work with creative agencies and the in-house studio to develop engaging and innovative content for various campaigns, including social media, paid digital, linear TV and BVOD, radio and promotional materials.
* Continually monitor and measure the effectiveness of media spend and campaigns, sharing key learnings with wider stakeholders, facilitating continual improvement.
* Monitor the effectiveness of budgets, maximising ROI.
* Support the development of the company brand. Act as brand guardian ensuring content and messaging aligned to brand guidelines, content and campaign calendars, as well as ensuring all content is compliant.
* Be the day-to-day point of contact for the media agency, ensuring relationship is maintained positively and effectively.
* Stay abreast of industry trends.
Some of the skills we’re looking for:
* Strong attention to detail and proof-reading skills.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment managing multiple projects at any one time.
* Minimum 3 years relevant experience in Marketing role with regional / local experience.
* Proven track record of managing projects that deliver significant sales & margin growth within budget and on time.
* Ability to think creatively with experience of commissioning and managing design, including feedback.
* Resourceful and used to working effectively within relatively tight budgets and timescales.
* Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to foster strong relationships with third parties, colleagues and stakeholders.
* Previous experience of working on menus.
